Many strategy games including Stellaris and Civilization give you great power over whole societies, but they typically do not have any urgency behind them. Sure, the complexities of planning, accruing resources, and planning are all exherialaring, but many people like a bit of pressure behind their playing sessions.

If you are in this camp, then you surely have played Command and Conquer, RTS Stalwarts, and similar games.

Even though the people born when the last game was released are old enough to vote, older and new players alike can not play one of the entrains in this series on PC. Commandos Origins brings back the classic RTS game series, all decked out in its iconic isometric view and historically accurate details.

The tough Green Beret and the ever-dependable Marine make a comeback, and you can now team up their special abilities for some sneaky infiltrations of enemy bases or set up clever, crippling ambushes and sabotage missions.

If you want to try the new Commandos game for yourself, you can get the demo for free on Steam right now.

I was following up on the update when the game was made available on PC but I'm yet to have a chance to go for it. I still have a lot of other RTS games to play through but be rest assured that I will have time to play it soon because I enjoyed playing RTS games like Command and Conquer which this game is similar to.

Always crazy to think how much people grow up when considering their age to a game and what they can do. Glad to see this game come back, seen some friends play it and enjoy it.
