My favorite faction in Starcraft 2 is definitely the Zerg. I love their ability to swarm the enemy and to also adapt to any situation. They typically have the strength to produce units quickly and cheaply, which will allow you to overwhelm your opponent.

However, their weakness is their lack of durability as yournunits can die quickly if not micro-managed properly. If I want to leverage their abilities, I make sure to focus on producing a mix of zerglings, hydralisks, and roaches to create a versatile army.
 
If I had to pick just one, it would be the GLA from Generals. They're so different in how they play to the more 'traditional' USA and China factions. Tunnel Networks, Workers ('Can I have some shoes?'), Rocket Buggies. They were difficult to deal with with an unconventional warfare doctrine.
