What order to start watching?

I would go with the following order to start watching the movie series. What would you suggest to those who have never watched the Star Wars series? Below, is what I think, but each person may have a differ view from what mentioned below.

1. Star Wars
2. The Empire Strikes Back
3. Return of the Jedi
 
I'd say the "canon" answer is well put in this thread. I suppose someone may want to flip a little in order of technology/nostalgia, ie, the OT and then PT and what have you, perhaps omitting Solo and Rogue One if you don't have them or they're not your thing. But I don't think it would make much sense to jar the order more than that.
