To me, the resource management is the backbone of RTS games. Resource management, gathering, allocating, and optimizing resources are very crucial to me. I have used them to achieve success multiple times. What are your top tips for managing resources effectively?
 
Resource management is definitely a key to executing many strategy. I make sure to prioritize economy and focus on resource gathering. This has really helped set me up for a strong game.

I agree to your submission but I also want to stress that adaptability and resource management needs to be very flexible and it should respond to the game's progression. I try to adjusting my resource allocation to counter my opponent's strategy and it really works..
 
Any RTS gamer that doesn't really know how to manage resources is clearly going to face defeats back to back. Critical thinking before making a major decision when it comes to my opponent always help me analyze situations carefully and determine how best to utilize the resources at hand.
