Sci-fi vs. historical: What kind of RTS game do you enjoy more?

Sci-fi and history are probably the two most popular types of RTS games. If you check the list of most popular RTS games, you will find that most of the are sci-fi or historical. Between these two types of RTS games which one is your favorite? Well, I like historical RTS games more than sci-fi because when playing historical games, I can live in that era. What about you?
 
I will have to go with sci-fi. In sci-fi RTS games, the possibilities are endless. There will be lots of ideas on how to make the game more enjoying. You rarely get that in historical since the game is expected to be in line with the past story.
 
I equally love playing both the historical and sci-fi RTS games. I've played more of traditional RTS games but my list on sci-fi games are increasing by the day. The gaming mechanics of sci-fi RTS games are impressive.
