For the RTS games with the best multiplayer modes, I'm thinking of games like Age of Empires II, StarCraft II, or Company of Heroes. To me, they offer the best online battles. I fell in love with these games because I prefer massive battles and team games. What are your favorite RTS games for multiplayer?
 
StarCraft II is definitely my top pick. The competitive scene is so strong, and the gameplay is also very balanced. What I love most is the fast-paced action and the strategic depth of the game. It leave a lasting memory when played with friends.
 
I'm a fan of Company of Heroes. The team-based gameplay gets me hooked. Don't let me start with the objective-based modes,. it's another feature that make for intense and tactical matches.
 
To be honest, I am not a big fan of multiplayer games. As I have said in my previous posts, I am fairly new to RTS games and scared about competing against others, LOL. But I am willing to give it another attempt, especially when I have mustered the courage and improved my gaming skills. I will be returning to Age of Empires II and Warcraft III, which I have already tried before and failed. Both have good multiplayer modes that are still well-known among new and seasoned RTS gamers today.
 
I think Star Craft 2 has the best multiplayer mode. It has a variety of competitive game modes that is balanced for all levels of players. The balance is such that no single race dominates. Those are strong backgrounds for a strong multiplayer mode.
