Is Northgard still worth playing?

I had my eye on the game for a long time now but never decided to get it. Lately I've been wanting to play some advanced RTS and Northgard seems to be a good choice.
But I have seen people's reviews about the multiplayer not giving the ultimate experience. Do you think the game is worth going for? If yes, which edition would you recommend me to go for?

I'm not a fan of Northgard, personally. The building limit per sector plus how hard it is to train an army really just took away the fun.

It was for the same interest in Norse mythology that had me watching all the Vikings movies and TV shows. When I had the chance to relive the same thing with playing RTS game, I didn't hesitate with Northgard.

I think historical settings or historical incidents are perfect story for RTS games. Most of the games I play are either loosely based in history or are fictionalized account of historical era.

Northgard is really enjoyable for people who are into strategy. A few people had complaints about the multiplayer part, but it’s still very interesting to play. If you want to play, I'll advise to go for the Complete Edition because it is full of those fun you would like.

I haven't bothered about any version of any game I played past the standard edition including RTS games. Anything else they offer with the game pack are just cosmetics to me. I know some gamers love it but it's not for me.

Northgard is a great game . I like that fact that I have something to build all the time. I enjoy playing that single-player especially when it’s all about racing. The reason why I said you should go for Complete Edition is because it has lots of cool things to explore.
