I think it's years off. I'd say I won't live to see it and I will be 100 in 2076. Anyway, I could be wrong. What's your view?
 
It's very cold on Mars. In fact, it's comparable to the coldest parts of Russia. Also, of course, is the non-oxygen atmosphere.
