You can play RTS games on TV by connecting your console to TV through HDMI cables, or connecting PC to TV through HDMI cable, or through streaming devices like Apple TV, Fire TV, etc. Have you tried playing RTS games on TV, was it good? Well, I have never done this and I would like to know if it is a good experience.
 
I do not think you can have very good experience because streaming is a new thing for games . I also never tried this kind of thing, so I have no idea.
