StarCraft 2 was released in 2010 and after so many years of no news about another game in the series, many people though it would be the last StarCraft game. However, it looks like this might not be the case because there are rumors that people at Blizzard Entertainment are saying another game in the series is under development.
Things have become more interesting after StarCraft 2 production director Tim Morten told GamesRadar he hopes the next game in the series would change things. He says he wants to see something radically new, even if that means the game going open world.
In the same interview, he said he hopes the new game, whenever it comes out, has new modes that make it more accessible and that add greater ability for players to game with their friends.
