What would your favorite episodes be? It's a hard choice for me, but some of them include:
  • Weapons Factory (where ahsoka destroys a droid factory)
  • The Bad Batch (intro to the group)
  • Rookies
  • The Wrong Jedi
 
I would probably have the same favourite episodes as the one's you have mentioned. They are absolute classics. Will say though, I do really like the Wrong Jedi, so I would probably have this one as my number one. Apart from that, some great titles mentioned there. Quite a hard choice.
 
The Phantom Apprentice Season 7, Episode 10 will definitely be my favourite when it comes to best in the The Clone Wars. The epic lightsaber battle between Ahsoka Tano and Darth Maul was very classical in the episode that it stood out completely for me.
