Players will command three different types of units—land, marine, and space—each utilizing the game’s innovative spherical pathfinding and collision systems. Additionally, resource management will be a critical aspect, with over fifty unique resources to track and manage.
To support the ambitious vision behind Beyond Astra, Nebule Games has launched a Kickstarter campaign starting today. This crowdfunding effort will help the developers realize their full vision for the game. Hands-on footage showcasing the land-to-space gameplay could be a deciding factor for many potential supporters.
The gaming landscape is constantly evolving, and genres once considered relics are making a triumphant return. Beyond Astra represents the intersection of classic RTS gameplay with the epic scale and complexity of modern 4X and grand strategy games.
